Garland Glow Co provides balloon décor, installations, and event styling services in Los Angeles, California. All quotes are estimates and subject to change based on design, materials, and location.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
   
• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
   
• The remaining balance is due before the event date, as specified in your invoice.
   

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
   
• If you cancel less than 14 days before your event, the full balance may still be due depending on materials ordered.
   
• Date changes are allowed based on availability but must be requested in writing.
   

• Garland Glow Co reserves the right to adjust balloon designs as needed based on product availability or venue conditions.
   
• Client must ensure the venue is ready for setup at the agreed-upon time. Delays caused by venue access issues may result in additional fees.
   

• Garland Glow Co is not responsible for damage to décor after installation or for issues caused by weather, heat, or venue conditions.
   
• Balloons can pop or deflate due to natural causes; replacements are not guaranteed after installation.
   

Garland Glow Co reserves the right to photograph completed décor for portfolio and marketing purposes. Client names or event details will not be shared without consent.

All photos, logos, and designs displayed on our website are property of Garland Glow Co and may not be reproduced without permission.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

Garland Glow Co may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of any updates.
